Best: Best rugby experience has to be the tour we went on this year to Kinsale
(I love Cork). We all had a wicked time, played some interesting rugby and drank too much.
Worst:Worst rugby experience is being punched in the face by some fat prop at Witney RFC last season. My poor nose will never be the same.
